August 23, 1998 - This was an email letter from Belgium: "I want to let you know that I live in Belgium, and our land has always been a forerunner in forming the European Common Market. This year in October everyone in Belgium will have received his own persoanl SIS-card = Social Information System Card. This SIS-card sounds as the sound of the snake! We will have to have it with us as we go to work, so that the government - social inspection service - can control if everybody on the job pays his social taxes. We need it to go to the doctor or the hospital or if we want to buy medicine. Tax control can ask this card to see if you have been sick in the last year and that you had an income of social security. If you are going to look after a job, the employer can ask for that card and find out about your health.
The whole thing started in 1981 and in 1990 the government decided to start the `Crosspointbank'. A central controlling system that controlls all systems, the health services, the retirement funds, the unemployment and childcare. Even financial banks are related with the system. Now October 1998 they know how to run it for 100%. No other countries in Europe have this system operating. Other countries in Europe like Holland, even Europe, are setting up the same system and take Belgium as an example. Belgium was and is already a forerunner in electronic banking. I thought you would like to know what happens in the captiol center of Europe, Belgim, Brussels. Greetings, Jesus is Lord.
